Terms of Use

This page states the terms of use (“Terms”) under which you may use the DuitDo-it Platform and/or DuitDo-it Mobile Application (collectively “DuitDo-it Platform”).  Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.  By accessing DuitDo-it Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.  If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for or use the DuitDo-it Platform.  These Terms are effective as of [date].  If you have any questions on the Terms, please contact us here.


We may update these Terms from time to time for legal, regulatory or commercial reasons or to allow the proper operation of DuitDo-it Platform.  Any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on DuitDo-it Platform.  The changes will apply to the use of DuitDo-it Platform after we have given you notice.  If you do not wish to accept the new Terms, you should not continue to use the DuitDo-it Platform.  If you continue to use DuitDo-it Platform after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of DuitDo-it Platform indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms.



  1. “Advertiser” means a person or entity that is contracting to post advertisements on any of DuitDo-it Platform.
  2. “Design” includes the color combinations and the page layout of DuitDo-it Platform.
  3. “Employer” or “Employers” means a person or entity that is accessing DuitDo-it Platform to post a job for the purpose of seeking Jobseekers for employment.
  4. “Employer Materials” includes job postings, audio, videos, photographs, logos, trademarks, service marks, domain names, documents or other materials provided by Employer, if any, for use in connection with DuitDo-it Services.
  5. “Graphics” includes all logos, button icons, and other graphical elements on DuitDo-it Platform, with the exception of paid advertising banners.
  6. “Jobseeker” or “Jobseekers” means a User who is accessing DuitDo-it Platform to search for a job or in any other capacity except as an Employer.
  7. “Company Profiles” means profile created by Employers.
  8. “DuitDo-it Platform” means DuitDo-it Platform and/or DuitDo-it Mobile Application
  9. “DuitDo-it Platform” means the website under DuitDo-it’s control, that is www.DuitDo-it.com.
  10. “DuitDo-it Mobile Application” means the mobile application under DuitDo-it’s control.
  11. “Agensi Pekerjaan Symphony Search Sdn Bhd” or “Symphony Search” means the company operating the DuitDo-it Platfrorm.
  12. “DuitDo-it Content” includes all Text, Graphics, Design, Programming, information, images, video, audio files, software and other contents used on DuitDo-it Platform.
  13. “DuitDo-it Database” includes all job advertisements posted on DuitDo-it Platform and/or all jobseekers and/or employers’ information registered with DuitDo-it Platform.
  14. “DuitDo-it Profile” or “DuitDo-it Profiles” means the profile created by Jobseekers that may include personal information, working experience, photo and video.
  15. “DuitDo-it Services” means any services provided by DuitDo-it including:-
    1. the provision of online job site, including posting and searching for employment opportunities, and creating DuitDo-it Profiles and Company Profiles which may include personal information;
    2. providing Advertisers and/or Employers with advertising services including banners, electronic direct mail system, design and posting support services; and
    3. providing Advertisers and/or Employers services to advertise on DuitDo-it Platform.
  16. “Programming” includes both client-side code (HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and server-side code (Active Server Pages, VBScript, databases, etc.) used on DuitDo-it Platform.
  17. “Text” includes all text on every page of DuitDo-it Platform, whether editorial, navigational, or instructional.
  18. “User Content” means all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, advertisements, messages or other materials submitted, posted or displayed by Jobseekers and / or Employers on or through DuitDo-it Platform.



  1. To register on DuitDo-it Platform you must be 15 years of age or above.

  2. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

  3. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details in order that we can communicate with you effectively.


Password and security

  1. When you register to use DuitDo-it Platform, you will be asked to create a password.  In order to prevent fraud, you must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone.  
  2. If DuitDo-it has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the DuitDo-it Platform, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.
  3. As a result of your loss of your Password or the misuse of the DuitDo-it Platform:
    1. all losses or damage incurred thereby shall be borne by you; and
    2. you shall fully indemnify DuitDo-it should DuitDo-it suffer any loss or damage.

Intellectual Property

  1. Copyright
    The contents of DuitDo-it Platform, such as text, graphics, images and other material, are protected by copyright.  No part or parts of DuitDo-it Platform may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, modified, republished, displayed, broadcast, hyperlinked, framed or transmitted in any manner or by any means or stored in an information retrieval system without the prior written permission of DuitDo-it. 
    You may however download and print the Materials on this DuitDo-it Platform for personal, non-commercial use provided that you do not modify the Materials and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary rights and notices contained in the Materials which shall at all times belong to DuitDo-it. 


  2. Trademark
    The trademarks, service marks and logo used and displayed on DuitDo-it Platform are registered and unregistered Trade Marks of DuitDo-it or its licensors.  Nothing on DuitDo-it Platform should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any of the Trade Marks displayed on DuitDo-it Platform, without the written permission of DuitDo-it.


Availability of DuitDo-it Platform

  1. Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services at the DuitDo-it Platform will meet your requirements.

  2. We cannot guarantee that DuitDo-it Platform will be fault-free, error-free, or that DuitDo-it Platform and servers are free of viruses or other harmful mechanisms.  If a fault occurs with DuitDo-it Platform, you should report it here and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we can.

  3. Your access to DuitDo-it Platform may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new content, facilities or services.  We will attempt to restore access and/or service as soon as we reasonably can.


Your use of DuitDo-it Platform

  1. DuitDo-it hereby grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use DuitDo-it Platform only for your personal use and/or employment purposes.

  2. You may not use DuitDo-it Platform for any of the following purposes:-

    1. disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material or otherwise breaching any laws;

    2. aggregating, copying or duplicating in any manner any of the DuitDo-it Content or information available from any DuitDo-it Platform, including expired job postings;

    3. reproducing any of DuitDo-it Content for general use;

    4. link to any DuitDo-it Content or information available from any DuitDo-it Platform;

    5. transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, or otherwise breaches any applicable laws, regulations or code of practice;

    6. interfering with any other person’s use or enjoyment of DuitDo-it Platform; or

    7. making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the permission of the owner.

  3. You agree not to resell or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms.  You also agree not to make any unauthorized commercial use of any DuitDo-it Platform.


Your Use of DuitDo-it Services

  1. The job posting, resume database (“DuitDo-it Resume Database”) and other features of the DuitDo-it Platform may be used only by individuals seeking employment and/or career information and by employers seeking employees.

  2. The Company specifically prohibits any other use of DuitDo-it Platform, and all users hereby agree not to use DuitDo-it Platform, for any of the following purposes:

    1. Transmit, post, distribute, store or destroy the Materials, including without limitation DuitDo-it content, in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to laws or regulations governing the collection, processing, or transfer of personal information, or in breach of DuitDo-it’s Privacy Policy;

    2. Violate or attempt to violate the security of DuitDo-it Platform;

    3. Apply for any job on behalf of another party;

    4. Post any content or material that facilitates, promotes or endorses scams, false or misleading information, illicit or illegal activities, OR endorses or provides instructional information about illicit or illegal activities or other activities prohibited by these Terms, such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, providing or creating computer viruses or pirating media, OR promotes or endorses any political views;

    5. Share with a third party any login credentials to DuitDo-it Platform;

  3. Access data not intended for you or logging into a server or account which you are not authorized to access;

  4. Solicit passwords or personally identifiable information from other Users;

  5. Delete or alter any material posted by any other person or entity;

  6. Harass, incite harassment or advocate harassment of any group, company or individual;

  7. Send unsolicited mail or email, make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes promoting and/or advertising products or services to any user, or contact any users that have specifically requested not to be contacted by you;

  8. Post any profile or resume which is not a genuine profile or resume and which attempts to advertise or promote products or services.

  9. Attempt to interfere with service to any User, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to any DuitDo-it Platform, overloading, “flooding”, “spamming”, “mailbombing”, or “crashing”.

  10. Post or submit to DuitDo-it Platform any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own;

  11. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on any DuitDo-it Platform‘s infrastructure;

  12. Use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods.  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search DuitDo-it Platform other than the search engine and search agents available from the Company on such DuitDo-it Platform;

  13. Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of any DuitDo-it Platform;

  14. Aggregate, copy or duplicate in any manner any of the DuitDo-it Content or information available from DuitDo-it Platform; or

  15. Frame or link to any of DuitDo-it Content or information available from DuitDo-it Platform;

  16. Use DuitDo-it Services for any unlawful purpose or any illicit or illegal activity, or post or submit any content, resume, or job posting that is defamatory, libelous, implicitly or explicitly offensive, vulgar, obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful, racist, discriminatory, of a menacing character or likely to cause annoyance, inconvenience, embarrassment, anxiety or could cause harassment to any person or include any links to pornographic, indecent or sexually explicit material of any kind, as determined by DuitDo-it’s discretion.

  17. Violations of network security may result in civil and/or criminal liability. DuitDo-it will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

  18. On non-conformance by users of any of the aforesaid terms, DuitDo-it may at its sole discretion, restrict or terminate the offending user’s ability to access the DuitDo-it Platform and determine whether to take any other actions whether to remove or request the removal of the User Content.  The balance in the wallet, if any, shall be forfeited.

  19. DuitDo-it has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or non performance of such activities. Additionally, DuitDo-it has the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against the offending user(s) under the applicable law.


Additional Terms applicable to Employers

  1. DuitDo-it hereby grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use DuitDo-it Platform for your internal business use seeking candidates for employment.  This authorizes you to view and download a single copy of DuitDo-it Content or materials on DuitDo-it Platform solely for your use directly related to searching for and recruiting Candidates.
  2. DuitDo-it also grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to use DuitDo-it Services for your internal use only.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Employer account, Company Profiles and passwords, as applicable.
  4. You may not share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and you shall be strictly liable and/or responsible for all uses of your DuitDo-it Platform registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by you.
  5. You agree to immediately notify DuitDo-it of any unauthorized use of your employer account, Company Profiles or passwords.
  6. You represent, warrant and covenant that any Employer Materials provided by you for use in connection with DuitDo-it Services will not violate any laws or regulations or third-party proprietary rights, including, without limitation, copyright, trade mark, obscenity, rights or publicity or privacy, and defamation laws.
  7. You acknowledge and agree that it shall disregard any personal data received from the Candidate which are irrelevant to obtaining and assessing the suitability of candidates.
  8. You are solely responsible for the Employer Materials on DuitDo-it Platform.  DuitDo-it is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to your use of any DuitDo-it Platform and DuitDo-it shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reasons, made by any entity posting jobs on any DuitDo-it Platform.
  9. Employer Materials may not contain:-
    1. misleading, unreadable, or “hidden” keywords, repeated keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job opportunity being presented;
    2. names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies;
    3. inaccurate, false, or misleading information; and
    4. material or links to material that is discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18.
  10. You may not use your Employer Materials to:-
    1. post jobs in a manner that does not comply with applicable local, national laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property;
    2. sell, promote or advertise products or services;
    3. post any franchise, pyramid scheme, distributorship, or multi-level marketing opportunity;
    4. promote any opportunity that does not represent bona fide employment; and
    5. advertise sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature.
  11. DuitDo-it does not encourage any Employer Materials on DuitDo-it Platform that request Candidates to pay deposits, placement fees, processing fees or any other similar fees, directly or indirectly, and/or require Candidates to make purchases.
  12. DuitDo-it is under no obligation to monitor the Employer Materials on DuitDo-it Platform, but DuitDo-it may monitor the Employer Materials at random.
  13. DuitDo-it reserves the right to remove any Employer Materials or content from any DuitDo-it Platform, which in the reasonable exercise of DuitDo-it’s discretion, does not comply with this Section, or if any content is posted that DuitDo-it believes is not in the best interest of DuitDo-it.
  14. If any time during your use of the DuitDo-it Services, you made a misrepresentation of fact to DuitDo-it or otherwise misled DuitDo-it in regards to the nature of your business activities or breach of the Terms herein, DuitDo-it may terminate your use of the DuitDo-it Services.
  15. You understand and acknowledge that if you cancel your Employer account or your Employer account is terminated, all your account information from DuitDo-it, including saved DuitDo-it Profiles and resumes, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from DuitDo-it Databases.  Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through DuitDo-it’s web servers.
  16. You may not post any jobs on any DuitDo-it Platform for any competitor of DuitDo-it or posting jobs or other content that contains links to any site competitive with DuitDo-it;
  17. You may not post on any DuitDo-it Platform any franchise, pyramid scheme, “club membership”, distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (except for postings that make clear that the available job pays commission only and clearly describes the product or service that the job seeker would be selling, in which case such postings are permissible), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents;


Additional Terms applicable to Candidates

  1. DuitDo-it hereby grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use DuitDo-it Platform only for your personal use seeking employment opportunities for yourself.  This authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the DuitDo-it Content or material on DuitDo-it Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
  2. When you register with any DuitDo-it Platform, you will be asked to create an account and provide DuitDo-it with certain information including a valid email address and mobile phone number.
  3. Any DuitDo-it Profile you submit must be accurate, complete, up to date and not misleading.  The DuitDo-it Profile requires standard fields to be completed by you. You may not impersonate another person, living or dead.
  4. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any DuitDo-it Profile and resume or material contained therein placed by you on the DuitDo-it Platform.
  5. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any consequences arising from such posting.
  6. DuitDo-it reserves the right to offer third party services and products to you based on the preferences that you identify in your registration and at any time thereafter or you have agreed to receive, such offers may be made by DuitDo-it or by third parties.
  7. Please see DuitDo-it’s Privacy Policy, for further details regarding your information.  Please note, as set forth in the DuitDo-it’s Privacy Policy, that DuitDo-it may collect certain User information and may contact Users periodically in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.  In addition, DuitDo-it reserves the right to comply, in its sole discretion, with legal requirements, requests from law enforcement agencies or requests from government entities, even to the extent that such compliance may require disclosure of certain User information. In addition, third parties may retain cached copies of User information.
  8. You understand and acknowledge that all information provided by you and / or your DuitDo-it Profile shall be disclosed to prospective Employers.
  9. You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your account and that if you cancel your DuitDo-it account or your DuitDo-it Account is terminated, all your account information from DuitDo-it, including DuitDo-it Profile, saved jobs, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from DuitDo-it Databases and will be removed from any public area of the DuitDo-it Platform.  Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through DuitDo-it’s web servers.  In addition, third parties may retain saved copies of your information.
  10. DuitDo-it reserves the right to delete your account and all of your information after a significant duration of inactivity.
  11. DuitDoi-it reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of DuitDoi-it’s services if you breach or do not fulfill the terms of employment for jobs obtained via DuitDo-it platform.


User Content and submissions

  1. You understand that all User Content is the sole responsibility of the person from which such User Content originated.
  2. You understand and acknowledge that all information provided by you and your DuitDo-it Profile shall be stored in DuitDo-it Databases.
  3. You understand, acknowledge and consent that all information provided by you and your DuitDo-it Profile may be transferred to countries outside of your location for the purposes of storing and/or processing. Please see DuitDo-it’s Privacy Policy, for further details.
  4. By submitting, posting or displaying User Content on or through DuitDo-it Platform, you grant DuitDo-it, subject to your privacy setting, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, distribute and publish such User Content through DuitDo-it Platform.  DuitDo-it will discontinue this licensed use within a commercially reasonable period after such User Content is removed from DuitDo-it Platform. DuitDo-it reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any User Content in its sole discretion.
  5. If you post User Content in any public area of DuitDo-it Platform, you also permit any User to access, view, store and reproduce such User Content for personal use.
  6. DuitDo-it may review and remove any User Content that, in its sole judgment, violates these Terms, violates applicable laws, rules or regulations, is abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal, or violates the rights of, or harms or threatens the safety of, Users of DuitDo-it Platform. DuitDo-it reserves the right to expel Users and prevent their further access to DuitDo-it Platform and/or use of DuitDo-it Services for violating the Terms or applicable laws, rules or regulations.  DuitDo-it may take any action with respect to User Content that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion if it believes that such User Content could create liability for DuitDo-it, damage DuitDo-it’s brand or public image, or cause DuitDo-it to lose Users.
  7. DuitDo-it does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of User Content, derivative works from User Content, or any other communications posted by Users nor does DuitDo-it endorse any opinions expressed by Users.
  8. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at your own risk.


DuitDo-it’s right to suspend or cancel your registration

  1. We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms.

  2. You can cancel your registration at any time by informing us in writing here. If you do so, you must stop using DuitDo-it Platform.

  3. The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use DuitDo-it Platform shall not affect either party’s statutory rights or liabilities.


Term and Termination

  1. These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you are a user of DuitDo-it Platform.

  2. DuitDo-it reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to removal of your User Content from DuitDo-it Platform and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access DuitDo-it Platform and/or any other services provided to you by DuitDo-it, upon any breach by you of these Terms or if DuitDo-it is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to DuitDo-it Platform for registration.

  3. Even after you are no longer a User of DuitDo-it Platform, certain provisions of these Terms will remain in effect, including:

    2. Term and Termination

    3. DuitDo-it-‘s Liability

    4. Disclaimers

    5. Indemnity


DuitDo-it’s Liability

  1. DuitDo-it  Platform and DuitDo-it Services act as, among other things, venues for:-

  1. Employers or their agents to post job opportunities and search for and evaluate job candidates;

  2. candidates to post profiles and search for and evaluate job opportunities; and

  3. Advertisers to post their advertisements.

    1. DuitDo-it does not screen or censor the listings, including profiles offered.  DuitDo-it is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates.  As a result, DuitDo-it is not responsible for User Content, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or profiles posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings and DuitDo-it makes no representations about any jobs, profiles or User Content on DuitDo-it Platform.

    2. DuitDo-it is not involved in, nor is to be held liable by any party in any dispute between the Employers and the Jobseekers.

    3. DuitDo-it shall in no event be liable for the payment of job done in the event the Employer does not pay the Employee upon completion of job.

    4. DuitDo-it reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove any User Content including but not limited to Jobseeker profiles, Company Profiles, Employer Materials, or other material from the DuitDo-it Platform from time to time.  When DuitDo-it exercises this discretion and there is a breach of these Terms by the User, any payment made by the User will be forfeited.

    5. Note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses.  You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through DuitDo-it Platform.  By its very nature other people’s information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled.  We expect that you will use caution and common sense when using DuitDo-it Platform.

    6. DuitDo-it Platform and DuitDo-it Content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. DuitDo-it makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any DuitDo-it Platform or DuitDo-it Content.  The use of DuitDo-it Platform and the DuitDo-it Content is at your own risk.

    7. Nothing on DuitDo-it Platform shall be considered an endorsement, representation or warranty with respect to any User or third party, whether in regards to its web sites, products, services, hiring, experience, employment or recruiting practices, or otherwise.

    8. The aggregate liability by DuitDo-it to you for all claims arising from your use of DuitDo-it Platform and/or DuitDo-it Services shall be limited to the amount of the fee paid by you, or in the event you are aJobseeker, shall be limited to RM50.

    9. DuitDo-It shall in no event be liable for any damages, loss or expense including without limitation, direct, special or consequential damage or economic loss arising from or in connection with:

      1. any access, use or the inability to access or use DuitDo-It Platform, or reliance on the Materials and/or any information on DuitDo-It Platform.

      2. any system, server or connection failure, error, omission, breakdown or interruption, delay in transmission, or computer virus

      3. any use of or access to any other website linked to DuitDo-It Platform.



  1. DuitDo-It shall not be liable for any loss of information howsoever caused as a result of any interruption, suspension or termination of DuitDo-It Services or for DuitDo-It Content, accuracy or quality of information available or transmitted through DuitDo-It Services.

  2. You acknowledge and agree that it is not DuitDo-It’s policy to exercise editorial control over and to edit or amend any data or contents of any emails or posting or any information that may be inserted or made available or transmitted to or from a third party in or through DuitDo-It Platform and/or DuitDo-It Services.


Third Party Website

  1. As a convenience to customers, the DuitDo-It Platform includes links to other web sites or material which are beyond its control.  DuitDo-It is not responsible for content on any site outside the DuitDo-It Platform.


Advertising and Sponsorship Policy

  1. Part of the DuitDo-It Platform may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on DuitDo-It Platform complies with relevant laws and codes.

  2. DuitDo-It reserves the right to refuse to run any advertisements that, in DuitDo-It sole discretion, are not suitable for publication on DuitDo-It Platform.

  3. DuitDo-I will not be responsible to you for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DuitDo-It, and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, losses, damages, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from:-

    1. any User Content or other material you provide to DuitDo-It Platform;

    2. your use of DuitDo-It Content; or

    3. your breach of this Terms of Use.

  2. DuitDo-It shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit or proceeding.



  1. At DuitDo-It our principal concern is the responsible use of information that users and clients share and disclose to us.  DuitDo-It's commitment towards guaranteed confidentiality and privacy at all times is clearly articulated in our Privacy Policy.  As stated in the policy, your data as a jobseeker, will be released to employers when you apply for their job.  Please be advised that some employers might undertake to perform a pre-employment background check on you based on your application and/or interview. By applying for the position, you are deemed to have consented to such pre-employment background check being undertaken with no further notice or consent required from you.

  2. By using this site and providing information as a registered user, you are in agreement with and agree to be bound by our privacy policy.


Applicable Law

  1. These Terms will be subject to the laws of Malaysia.

  2. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within Malaysia.



  1. You may not transfer any of your rights under this Terms of Use to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.

  2. If you breach these Terms and DuitDo-It chooses to ignore this, DuitDo-It will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms.

  3. DuitDo-It shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  4. If any of these Terms shall be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms and all provision not affected by such invalidity or unenforceability shall remain in full force and effect.
